Father Michael helped us to create and carry out a unique wedding ceremony that met our needs and provided an intimate and unforgettable experience for us and our guests.
Father Michael listened to our story and our beliefs and provided a framework with his knowledge and words that allowed us to individualize our service.
By guiding us through the service, he made not only the actual ceremony but the process of creation a special and memorable part of our wedding planning.
Father Michael's attention to detail, professionalism and creativity are some of the many reasons why we highly recommend him to other couples to ensure that their ceremony is both beautiful and exceptional.
I met Fr. Michael Mernagh through Louisville Bride Magazine. My fiance and I were looking for someone to officiate our wedding ceremony but were not interested in hiring a Justice of the Peace. We wanted a spiritual, meaningful ceremony that would be catered to our religious beliefs and personalities.
After the first meeting with Fr. Michael I knew he was the right man for the job! He genuinely cares about people and their relationships and encourages you to make the ceremony "your own" by picking out scripture that speaks to you. Our ceremony was more then I could have ever hoped for, thanks to him.
We've received numerous compliments on Fr. Michael and how his sermon touched our friends and family. We've been married since November 7, 2009 and are looking forward to many more happy years together!
Lisa and I were raised Catholics and knew we wanted a priest but didn't want a church wedding. When we met Father Mernagh we knew right away he was the one we wanted to officiate at ceremony. Father Michael was receptive to our requests and offered helpful suggestion to make our wedding a beautiful event. We feel like we had not only a priest at our wedding but a friend.
